  1. PPE & sanitation: Mandatory gowns/gloves in pods; color-coded tools; daily logs and weekly CAPA checks.

  2. Access control: Exterior entry only via air-lock; no shortcuts from yard to clean areas.

  • Yes, if it meets our QC thresholds. Otherwise, opt into pooled supply.

  • Oyster (Pleurotus spp.), shiitake, and lion’s mane are standard. Button requires different casing/controls—ask us.

  • You run your own business and hold the relevant County Business Permit, Food Hygiene license, and Food Handlers’ certificates. We provide checklists and intros.

  • Pods are sub-metered or allocated by pod class; cold-room/pack/lab time is scheduled and logged.

  • It’s yours. We can offer optional “PS Farms Approved” process audits for buyers.
